1. the experience of wholeness in our body when we are present with our Sensations and Feelings2. the primary way we take ownership for our body experience so that we operate freely and with full awareness of where we are and what we want to do.
3. in practice paradoxically, we are able to experience this wholeness in movement through concentrated attention
4. this physical wholeness is also called the process of Transmutation which can be confirmed by our ability to go beyond our own experience and be sensitive to the Sensations and Feelings of others around us
5. when we are present in this Transmuted Experience it opens us up to electro magnetic and sensory perceptions such as Cellular Affinity where we understand body based Attractions and Repulsions
6.it is a quality of deep anchoring which supports easier integration with our Mental and Spiritual Well-Being.
7. Stillness is the antidote of Excitement, Maya and Objectification.
